It’s no secret that I am completely nuts about nutrition and eating the right foods for your body.
In fact, most people probably think I’m a little over the top with the amount of food “experiments” I’ve tried out. I’ve tried dairy-free, gluten-free, eliminating processed sugars and flours | You name it.
I figure, if I’m putting something in my body… it better be doing something pretty awesome for me, right? I’ve learned along that way that it’s all about balance.
I enjoy the more than the occasional treat (I’m a bit addicted to chocolate… but who isn’t? At least I like the dark stuff…), whipping up a mean breakfast and exploring the art of cooking. It’s been fun to experiment with different foods and come up with some pretty great recipes. (I can’t wait to share them with y’all)
Through trial and error, I’ve found a diet that works best for me. It’s important to remember that everyone is different. Our bodies respond in different ways to different foods and it’s important to stay in tune with what your body is telling you to eat and what it’s telling you not to eat.
